Todd is our Managing Partner and Chief Inspector. He has a 20+ year background as a self employed maintenance and building contractor. Todd takes a hands-on approach on all of his projects, from the beginning of site work to the finishing touches. Todd has performed several thousand home inspections and is one of the most knowledgeable and requested inspectors in the region. He is licensed both in Maryland and Delaware and is an ASHI Certified Inspector.
